Shelly Weinzetl Joins Keller Williams Farm and Ranch

Monticello, MN (June 24, 2015) — Shelly Weinzetl a land sales professional in Monticello, MN, has joined KW Farm & Ranch, a division of Keller Williams Integrity NW.

 Shelly has been in the real estate  industry for over 20 years  specializing in land,  farm and ranch real estate for the past 10 years. Prior to joining Keller Williams she was President of Alliance Bid, a 25 year old company offering traditional real estate sales as well as Real Estate Auctions. Shelly, brings to the company past experience working with one of the largest national land marketing firms that brought thousands of farmland acres to auction. Shelly is no doubt one of the most passionate auctioneers. She takes great pride in her reputation and customer service. She has extensive marketing and management experience, Licensed Real Estate Broker in numerous states, a member of the National Auctioneers Association as well as a member of the South Dakota, North Dakota & Minnesota Auctioneer Associations.  Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Auctioneer Association, she enjoys the opportunity to share her real estate knowledge and work with others in the same profession.  She is a graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering and also a graduate of PRI (Professional Ringmann Institute). Shelly is a longtime member of the National Association of Realtors successfully working with buyers, sellers and ranchers.
